Description The ERP Functional Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translates them into technical specifications. They design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion tools, create technical design documents, and conducts the unit testing. Additionally, the individual in this position would provide customer service support, diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues, and cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
