Provide knowledge of SAP and the analytical needs to accommodate technical planning, installation, maintenance and deployment. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in small to large SAP implementations.Lead business cutover activities in SAP:Lead and manage the planning, execution and risk management.Develop detailed phased cutover strategies, timelines, checklists and continuity plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on activities and timelines.Manage mocks, ITCs, dress rehearsal and final cutover into go-live and Hypercare.Develop and communicate detailed progress reports related to the cutover status and health.Lead daily/weekly meetings during the execution of cutover and handle follow-up activities.Provide feedback into the go/no-go criteria and decision process.Provide implementation support:Work with business and IT stakeholders to define, document, and develop business requirements and translate into technical documentation.Actively note opportunities for system improvement and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders as needed. Work independently and provide business direction, guidance, and decisions to development and delivery teams.Implement and maintain Cloud ALM (CALM) monitoring/alerting.Support backlog maintenance in Cloud ALM for multiple project implementations and operations.Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement and refinement of process based on lessons learned.Attends and is prepared to participate in department and company meetings.Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.Education and Experience:
Associates Degree or higher plus 3+ years in information technology; or related experience.Knowledge and experience with SAP a plusStrong analytical skills including the ability to identify impacts and synthesize data from multiple sourcesAbility to excel and lead in a fast-paced environment while taking on diverse responsibilitiesPhysical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction. Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.

The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting.There is the occasional need to travel.There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.Financial Responsibility:
