ERP Implementation Consultant
ERP Implementation Consultant (D365 Microsoft Dynamics) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Consultant specializing in D365 Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Accounting & Finance Groups to implement and optimize D365 solutions. You will be responsible for driving project milestones, tracking gaps and action items, and providing detailed bi-weekly reports. You will collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Solution Architects to ensure system readiness and comprehensive documentation. This position reports directly to the ERP Consolidation Program Manager.  Responsibilities: + Assist Program Manager with planning and tracking project timelines. + Track and drive next steps for the dedicated team. + Track and disposition action items and known gaps/Service Change Requests (SCRs). + Assist Program Manager with bi-weekly reporting to the Steering Committee. + Configure and customize D365 Microsoft Dynamics to meet business requirements. + Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance. + Provide training and support to end-users. + Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. + Approximately 10% travel required. Essential Skills: + 5+ years of experience with ERP System Implementations, specifically D365 Microsoft Dynamics. + In-depth understanding of E2E Processes (Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P)). + 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance & Accounting. + 5+ years of experience in a project support or coordination role within an IT or technology-focused environment. + 5+ years of experience using communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. + 5+ years of experience using project management software and collaboration tools. + High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). + Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. + Experience in any Business Functional Area (Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain). + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $100.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
