Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

ResponsibilitiesDescription of Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsConduct analysis with internal stakeholders from different departments to understand and gauge business practices, identifying ERP requirementsDevelop a data migration strategy for legacy data including data clean-up and validation to ensure quality of carry-over data is relevantEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesManage and mitigate project risksDesign of functional/technical specificationsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationBuild training guides and conduct training sessions for all relevant team members QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
