Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Local Government industry at our Hopewell, Virginia location. We are seeking an ERP Integration Manager, whose core function will be to support financial and administrative initiatives through the development of data analytic dashboard applications and reporting. This role is instrumental in improving efficiencies, reducing operational costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and minimizing risk.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full systems development life cycle activities including implementation, analysis, system design and configuration, data conversion, and technical and functional testing
• Oversee the maintenance and process improvement of the Tyler Tech Enterprise ERP system
• Provide team leadership and technical guidance to less experienced ERP Systems Administrators and ERP system functional leads
• Offer subject matter expertise for specific areas, applications, or technologies while developing and maintaining financial and HR/Payroll system security
• Support critical system processes such as vendor, payroll check processing, ERP system module setup changes, role-based security, and moves, adds, and changes
• Coordinate the financial system year-end close processes
• Perform data analysis of ERP transactions in support of internal or external audit function and system usage forecasting
• Implement change management strategies and ensure business processes are functioning efficiently
• Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, and CRM to enhance the functionality of the ERP system
• Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create insightful reports for decision-making. Requirements
• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) is crucial.
• Adeptness in Cloud Technologies is required.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is needed.
• Familiarity with Tyler software is essential.
• Experience with Tyler Munis ERP is a must.
• Ability to conduct AB Testing is needed.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a prerequisite.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions is required.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is a must.
• Experience in Change Management processes is necessary.
