ERP Integration Manager
Description We are in search of an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in the higher education industry. The position is based in Newark, New Jersey and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As an ERP Integration Manager, you will play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey, particularly in the replacement of our Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) system. You will be responsible for managing the entire ERP program, from selection to implementation, and ensuring post-deployment support. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire lifecycle of the ERP program, including selection, design, implementation, and post-deployment support • Establish and maintain relationships with system implementers and product vendors • Provide advice to business stakeholders on configuration decisions to ensure a secure, sustainable, functional, and scalable solution • Monitor the progress of the ERP program to ensure it aligns with the plan and budget • Establish a status reporting framework to keep stakeholders informed of the program's progress • Coordinate program activities across multiple departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities • Identify and prioritize program requirements that meet the needs of the institution in collaboration with all stakeholder groups • Guide and support program team members to ensure they understand the program's goals and objectives • Ensure the program is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders while adhering to institutional regulations and compliance requirements • Resolve issues and escalate items that require executive attention in a timely manner • Maintain appropriate documentation for program activity tracking and reporting • Ensure the ERP solution is well documented, tested, and all necessary parties are trained appropriately • Assess the impact of decisions on other systems and processes to ensure alignment • Manage and mentor resources Requirements • Proven experience with Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies • Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices • Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems • Experience with AB Testing strategies and implementations • Proficient understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques • Strong grasp of Business Process Functions • Ability to develop and interpret Business Requirement Documents • Demonstrated skills in Change Management • Experience with Workday and Workday ERP systems • No please note shown in the bullet points is required.
