Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiencies and revenue optimization through effective management of our digital solutions and integrations. Responsibilities: • Lead the execution and analysis of complex business problems, formulating optimal solutions based on an in-depth understanding of Upstream Oil & Gas processes and our application landscape. • Engage with business stakeholders at all levels to understand issues, provide recommendations, and build credibility, presenting findings and suggestions with confidence. • Design end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, align with good architectural patterns, and are composable and supportable. • Assess use cases and recommend fit-for-purpose application platforms, integration technologies, and tools, conducting POCs and POVs as needed to assess technical feasibility and business impact/benefits. • Foster an experimental mindset to drive innovation, challenging the status quo and bringing out-of-the-box ideas to the table. • Understand, support, and ensure compliance with audit and control requirements, engaging effectively with auditors to explain observations and ensure zero deficiencies. • Oversee the management of day-to-day support, operational activities, and enhancements as part of Managed Services delivery. • Manage a diverse and geographically spread team of resources in a multi-vendor environment, fostering collaboration between IT, Fusion Teams, and business stakeholders. Requirements • Proficient in Digital Solutions, demonstrating a firm grasp of their application in the Oil & Gas - Explor & Prod industry. • Demonstrable experience with mobile technologies, including their integration within larger systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Windows Azure, with a focus on their use within ERP systems. • Familiarity with Cloudfoundry, with the ability to implement and manage it within an ERP context. • Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) skills, with a proven track record of successful implementation in previous roles. • Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas - Explor & Prod industry, with a deep understanding of its unique needs and challenges. • Proven ability to manage complex ERP integration projects, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution. • Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the ERP integration process. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
