What You Will Be Doing
As the ERP Manufacturing Planner, Sr. Staff, you will be responsible for supporting MFC enterprise operations as a Subject Matter Expert Program Planning and Control manufacturing support person. Your responsibilities will include:
• Working in an auxiliary capacity providing assistance across a number of sites and production processes to fill critical employee gaps, and support surge operations to ensure sustainment of operations.
• Supporting and traveling to any number of our operations across the U.S. for extended periods of time.
• Performing any number of assignments to include but not limited to the Make Planner, Buy Planner roles and be able to work efficiently in a WM (Warehouse Management) system with transactional capability.
• Supporting systems & Operations projects as directed by the Enterprise Sr. Production Planning and Control Staff.
• May be called to act in a leadership capacity in these assignments.
This position typically requires 15 years of professional experience.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must have a Secret security clearance before starting the position and to be considered for the position.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control principles, processes, and tools.
• Extensive and recent transactional experience and knowledge of SAP ECC ERP/PP Module
• Strong working knowledge and experience in inventory management, scheduling, and production control in an electrical assembly and integration facility.
• SME experience in planning, preparation, issuance and control of production schedules and material requirements to ensure controlled flows of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.
• Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt
• Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and streamline processes.
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to executive leadership.
• Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• Trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (with Certification in work)
• Experience supporting Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
• Previous transactional experience with Apriso

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Description:
You will be the ERP Manufacturing Planner, Sr. Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Enterprise Operations Team. Our team is responsible for coordinating with manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control on make parts, analyzes and controls production schedule and capacity requirements, executes plans, provides timely status and expedites or works around plans to preserve schedule. The team also coordinates with Supply Chain Stakeholders including Procurement and Operations Management to determine appropriate time phased plan for procured parts and executes processes to ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements.
