You want to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of ERP at The LEGO Group! Bridging the gap between ERP and Product & Experience Lifecycle Management as we embark on our SAP S/4HANA transformation. Equally important, thriving in complex, cross functional international environments.
If so, you will take part in designing the future processes that will enable us to deliver the best products and experiences while being compliant in the flows of both goods and money!

**Core Responsibilities:**
**Leadership & Alignment** : Serve as the CFO ERP Partner at LEGO, aligning finance processes with ERP and PELM Transformation goals.
**Process Definition** : Define and integrate finance and tax elements in the E2E process model for ERP and PELM initiatives.
**Dependency Management** : Manage dependencies between PELM and ERP, focusing on product costing, material flow, master data, and archiving.
**Daily Leadership** : Lead the PELM SAP solution within the ERP Programme, ensuring progress and communication.
**Process Review** : Enhance E2E finance processes in Product Development and Operations, identifying improvements.
**Stakeholder Engagement** : Support stakeholders, offering high-quality advice and fostering collaboration between the ERP and PELM Program
**Solution Deployment** : Direct solution validation and deployment, ensuring business sign-off on functionality.
**Cross-Organizational Connectivity** : Liaise between PELM and ERP programs, synchronizing plans with business process owners.

The Global ERP Transformation team has been established to lead the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and ensure the solution is future ready and supports the strategic ambitions of our company.
We are a team of other senior profiles that are accountable for end-to-end solutions, ensuring that implementation progresses and risks are managed with particular focus on solution, scope, achievements and quality.
**Do you have, what it takes**
The ideal candidate should bring a blend of leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of finance and ERP systems, and project management expertise.
+ ERP Implementation Experience with integrations to PELM including a solid financial process understanding.
+ Project and indirect Team Leadership capabilities: Ability to drive projects forward, proactively address challenges, and make resourceful decisions.
+ Scope and Process Clarity: Skilled at defining, scoping, and validating ERP and PELM functionalities
+ Able to analyze complex dependencies and offer structured and strategic recommendations for decision-makers.
+ E2E Solution Validation and Deployment: Capable of overseeing solution testing, validation, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and managing cross-functional impact within the ERP transformation.
