ERP Program Manager
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Application Development Project Manager. The role involves leading and managing application development projects, with a focus on ERP solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of ERP solutions, with a preference for Oracle or Workday, providing best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders and finance teams to ensure project alignment. • Proactively identify potential risk issues and take measures to prevent them. • Oversee tasks related to Peoplesoft refresh projects, though this is not a mandatory requirement. • Utilize your knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Content Management System (CMS), Contract Management, Microsoft, and Microsoft Azure for efficient project execution. • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies in project management. • Conduct audits to ensure project compliance with standards and guidelines. • Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution. • Code and debug as necessary to ensure the successful implementation of application development projects. • Employ best practices in all aspects of the project management process. Requirements • Prior ERP implementation project experience • Strong knowledge and background in Contract Management, ensuring all agreements are met and handled professionally. • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, with the ability to use them effectively for project management and execution. • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, demonstrating ability to manage and deploy applications on this platform. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, and ability to implement this approach in application development projects. • Auditing skills to ensure the quality and functionality of applications developed. • Understanding and ability to implement Best Practices in application development to ensure efficiency and quality. • Experience with Change Management, demonstrating ability to manage and lead changes in project scope or direction. • Coding skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
