About the company





My client is currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of ERP Project Manager who will join a dynamically developing team and will participate not only in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, but also in projects in the area of ​​development, maintenance and product construction. Client is an international manufacturing company currently introducing innovative solutions that improve their efficiency.





Key Accountabilities



* Leading the project through the project lifecycle from design to closure
* Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals
* Analysing project requirements and organizing them effectively
* Identifying the tasks required to deliver the project to the agreed specifications
* Communicating regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations
* Reporting progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly basis
* Gathering data and reporting back to the development department for resolution
* Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within a budget
* Conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
* Documenting the system to ensure future supportability





Knowledge, Skills and Experience



* At least 5 years of PM experience leading complex ERP implementations
* At least two full ERP implementation project e.g., D365FO, SAP, Business Central, OeBS, IFS, Oracle, Comarch etc.
* Proficiency in English is a must





Desirable



* Good knowledge or experience working with MS D365 F&O
* Experience with CRM
* Proficiency in Polish

* Ability to multitask and react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
* Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals (Waterfall and Agile)
* Understanding of software development life cycle
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
