An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Business Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of ERP projects, ensuring they align with the organization's goals. The expected skills for such a role span across both technical and business domains, as well as leadership and communication. This is not a technical implementation PM. You will be responsible for coordinating with the technical PM driving the project forward to take action on the impacts for the business side globally. I.E. if the technical team is going to implement a module that will effect Supply Chain in the coming weeks, this person needs to coordinate with the supply chain POC's globally to ensure business continuity. This candidate needs to be proactive and solution oriented with great communication to work with the gloabl team. They have teams in Mexico, UK, Europe, and the US, that all need to be on the same page.
