The Opportunity
As a ERP/SAP FI/CO consultant you will participate on global transformational projects, local deployment projects or change requests primarily in area of SAP Finance (FI-GL; FI-AP; FI-AR; Treasury; CO). You will be active participant in the Finance Product Line Team ensuring integrated design, build and deployment and operations of responsible product line. Ensure that dependencies are understood, managed and communicated. You will partner with business and countries, possess strong knowledge of both business and technology, to drive ERP solutions to harmonization, optimization and operational excellence of the ERP Services.
Responsibilities - detailed for job position
Ensure business continuity through operational and service excellence of responsible product lines.Development coordination and customization of change request for the Finance Product Line capabilities within FI area by proactively identifying changes in business and the technology landscape, that would impact the ERP portfolio and developments through the lifecycle.provide solid business understanding of Finance/Controlling processes, combined with hands-on SAP configuration experience. Candidate should understand integration points and dependencies between the SAP FI/CO components and other SAP ECC (mainly SD, MM and PP) or future S4/HANA implications.Contribute/drive the resolution of complex/medium-size changes with a global impact on the business and identify opportunities to streamline business and/or layered system processes and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices.Participate in the design of roadmaps for product line, ensuring integration into the overall product management roadmap and release plans (SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA) and raising any issues related to the critical path of the product to the Product Owner, Finance SAP managers and ERP Platform counterpartsAct as the ‘go to’ person for stakeholders and liaison/driver for business community. Possess solid knowledge of both business and technology regarding ERP solutions and developments. Propose best practice change and business support.Contribute to the development of the strategy for the ICC ERP Finance team Responsible for identification and communication of required skills and training opportunities to Product Line LeadMentor and develop more junior team members within SAP Finance on technical/process areasEnsure alignment with Business Process Owners and IT Business Partners to drive engagement, process design, prioritization and deployment support across the respective areas.Ensure that all system changes and projects adhere to Takeda standard integrated design, build and deployment processes. Ensure that dependencies are understood, managed and communicated.Support business priorities by proactively identifying changes in business and the technology landscape that would impact the ERP portfolio (SAP FI/CO, Concur, BlackLine and other ERP systems)Provide subject matter expertise and strategic input into ERP Finance functional areas and technologies, contributing to future ERP strategic direction and system selection/deployment decisionsRole requirements/background:
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent education level with IT BackgroundMinimum 4+ years of SAP functional, configuration experience in FI (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP; CO), Taxes, Asset managementPractical experience with 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementation projects for global clientsManage and configure new SAP capabilities and proto-type solutions to determine fit for meeting stated business requirementsExperience in FI/CO integration with other modules including Sales and Distribution, Material Management and, Supply Chain, Intercompany.Additional knowledge or experience in specific finance areas like Investment management, Treasury, CLM, Flexible Real estate is an advantageStrong analytical skills and SAP technical skills (database, interfacing principles and techniques)Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.Extensive experience with SDLC methodology and the validation process, including writing deliverables for validated systems.Additional "good-to-have" skills/background:

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2800 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
