ERP Systems Analyst

As an ERP Systems Analyst at The Cheesecake Factory, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Bakery Manufacturing ERP systems to drive organizational efficiency and achieve business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring ERP systems, creating operational reports, supporting integrations, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong understanding of ERP systems related to process manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, along with a collaborative spirit and a knack for problem-solving. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: ERP Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Bakery Manufacturing ERP systems, including workflows, to meet business requirements. Reporting & Analysis: Develop operational and financial reports using tools like SQL, SSRS, Cognos, and Power BI to support data-driven decisions. System Integrations: Create and maintain integrations between ERP and other systems such as CRM and HR platforms. User Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to ensure users can effectively leverage ERP functionalities. Data Management: Monitor data integrity, system performance, and compliance with organizational standards. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet requirements and maintain high-quality standards. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain thorough documentation for system processes and configurations. What we require: 5+ years of experience in ERP systems analysis, administration, or implementation in a process manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems and understanding of workflows for supply chain, operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Strong technical skills in SQL, SSRS, and business intelligence tools like Power BI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. What we prefer: ERP systems analysis within the food manufacturing industry. Experience with Aptean Ross ERP systems. Basic coding knowledge to enhance ERP functionalities. Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
