Position Title:                          ERP Systems Engineer II

Days / Hours:                          Mon – Fri / 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

Summary of Duties: Assist with design and implementation of ERP systems solutions to meet business needs. Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. Partner with business process leads to gather resources and establish requirements for ERP solution implementation. Provide technical expertise and support for SAP solutions, including but not limited to SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Suite. Assist in design and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements, including customization, integration, and configuration. Assist in implementing solutions using established methods, techniques, architectures, and standards. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive process improvements. Support alignment of business priorities and IT capabilities. Help refine, review, and validate requirements using appropriate techniques. Provide ongoing support for SAP solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices and share knowledge with team. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base.     

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in ERP Systems Engineering. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management or related field of study and 3 years of experience in ERP Systems Engineering in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

2 years of experience in ERP systems and technologies specifically in the areas of SAP ERP implementation, customization, and support;SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP HANA;delivering completed ERP projects; andproject management methodologies.

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

*Hybrid position requiring weekly onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in Ann Arbor office*
