ERP Training Lead

Below are more details about the Position: Job Title - ERP Training Lead Location – White Plains, NY Duration – 12 Months Hybrid Onsite Role 37.5 Hours weekly Skills + ERP Software Experience: Broad knowledge of ERP software is preferred. An understanding of ERP modules relevant Finance, HR, and Supplier Management. + Training and Development: Experience designing, developing and delivering training programs. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience with leveraging a variety of learning models to support learners at various levels in the organization. + Project Management: Strong experience as a project manager of large and complex projects. Ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational and program goals and timelines. + Change Management: Experience helping employees transition to new systems and processes. Skills in addressing resistance to change and promoting user adoption. Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners. Ability to lead and influence teams or cross-functional groups. Able to work with all levels of management internal and external. + Technical Skills: Comfort using various training delivery platforms and tools. Basic troubleshooting skills for technical issues during training sessions. Education & Certifications + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in training and training development roles. + Minimum of at least 1 full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training team member of an ERP solution. Experience with SAP, Workday, and Ivalua (preferred), + Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, internal and external, and senior management to align training with program goals. + Demonstrated competency in interpersonal skills, effective communication, facilitation, organizational skills, and presentation skills. + Experience planning and/or conducting training in a hybrid environment.
