Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an ERP Workday Integration Manager/Delivery Manager in Madison, Wisconsin. The role is within the Information Technology industry, where you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday ERP projects, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the application of advanced business applications. Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation of Workday ERP, including HCM and Financials • Identify potential pitfalls and escalate issues appropriately • Leverage your knowledge of cloud technologies and CRM in the execution of projects • Utilize Epicor and Epicor ERP in business process functions • Conduct AB Testing and utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools for project optimization • Manage project risks and implement effective change management strategies • Maintain and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth project delivery • Ensure all business requirements are documented accurately • Apply IT risk management and enterprise risk strategies in project execution • Handle all aspects of Workday integration and ensure efficient project delivery. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry • Proven expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) • Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems • Experience with AB Testing • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools • Ability to understand and manage Business Process Functions • Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents • Proven skills in Change Management • Experience with Workday, Workday ERP, Workday HCM, and Workday Financial Management • Proficiency in Workday Integration • Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively • Experience in managing Enterprise Risks • Knowledge of IT Risk Management • Proven track record of managing project risks.
