Job Description The client will implement an updated Enterprise Resource Planning system. As an ERP Workstream Lead you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert who is able to support the project manager and team in driving the project forward to complete deliverables and tasks. You will need to identify, track and escalate issues; facilitate project team members in problem solving, participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the organization. After the system implementation, the Workstream Lead will be responsible for supporting the business, providing training, and ensure the system is functioning as intended. PR: $50-60/hr, conversion salary max of 100k/yr You will participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the clients locations. This role will be based out of the Reynoldsburg, OH office; once the New Castle, IN location is upgraded, the team will move on to the remaining 14 locations located throughout the Americas region. Skills and Requirements · Bachelors Degree in IT preferred, Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics or a closely related field  · Use of or implementation experience of any MRP or ERP IT Systems.    · EX: Syteline/SAP/JD Edwards/Dynamics 365/QAD  · 4+ years of professional experience within Business Processes within IT/IS/Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Logistics  · 5+ years of related experience in distribution, manufacturing, materials, logistics and/or finance and operations management and analysis.  Knowledge and experience with enterprise systems, specializing in warehousing  Knowledge and experience with material flow and tracing  Ability to ask users about their processes and how they could be automated and improved  Experience with enterprise systems, particularly with:  Timely & accurate processing, collection & reporting of all Finance & Accounting transactions  General Ledger  Consolidation: Accounts Payable & Receivable  Fixed Assets  Chart of accounts  Budgeting  Full absorption Costing of Products & Inventory  Legal & Tax  · Strong communication and presentation skills  · Ok Wearing a uniform!
