Formulate and implement the department's annual business plan: participate in the annual business plan and various policies of the Ps&L team, and ensure these plans are effectively implemented.
Procurement management: responsible for the procurement monitoring of supplies, and jointly manage suppliers with the Ps&L team to ensure the stability and efficiency of the supply.
New parts launch management: participate in the formulation and implementation of the supply plan for New parts, guide, supervise and coordinate the development process of new parts, and ensure that the quality/delivery date/quantity meet the requirements.
Inventory management: monitor the dealer's inventory depth to ensure the rationality and efficiency of inventory management.
long aging parts management: supervise the process of the dealer's long aging parts to ensure that the long aging parts can be effectively controlled and operated.
VOR management: monitor the urgent VOR parts needs reported by dealers, and work with the NA & Ps&L & CAF team to ensure supply and ETA time, and strive to resolve them within the specified period.
BO management: monitor the shortage of dealers, and work with the NA & Ps & L & CAF team to ensure supply and arrival time and check potential risk parts.
Panda System optimization project management: Track the progress of the Panda system project and confirm with relevant departments that the system functions can meet future business needs.
Loaner car management: Monitor the age/model/numbe: r of dealers’ Loaner car, and cooperate with the facility audit team to review loaner car status in dealership, and provide support for new Loaner car.
5+ year experience in Automobile industry, parts operation & experience is a plus
