A Escalations Specialist will address high-priority customer concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively to maintain satisfaction with our solar energy products and services. Responsibilities + Handle complex customer escalations regarding installation issues, project delays, and technical concerns. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing clear, empathetic communication. + Work closely with the project management, installation, and technical teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues. + Identify recurring issues, propose improvements, and process changes to prevent future escalations. + Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns efficiently, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes. + Collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, operations, or related field. + At least 3 years in a customer service or escalation role, ideally in the renewable energy or construction sectors. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. + Familiarity with solar energy systems is preferred but not required. + Proven ability to manage complex issues and provide effective resolutions quickly.
