As a Game Master or Game Host, you are responsible for delivering professional service while creating an exciting, fun, and entertaining environment for our guests. Our Game Master and Game Hosts communicate and work with our guests throughout their entire live escape game experience ensuring a memorable Escapology experience.

What we’re looking for:

Guest service experience a plusFriendly and professional demeanorAbility to work well as a teamMust be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the event business, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and assist in the check-in processBrief and debrief guests on their live escape game experienceMonitor and run escape gamesRecover game rooms quickly to maintain a scheduleMaintain company cleanliness and organizational standardsHandle unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner
