JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing all branch support roles by implementing and managing efficient processes, developing internal and external customer relationships, and developing staff and providing support to the branch manager to achieve branch strategic and financial objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and oversee support roles, including Escrow Assistants, Escrow Processors and Escrow Coordinators, while acting as a liaison between the support staff, Escrow Officers, and Branch Managers. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to facilitate efficient pre-closing preparation, post-closing file management, and seamless file progression. Serve as the primary point of contact for support staff, providing guidance, training, and direction to foster collaboration and operational efficiency. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet departmental demands and maintain adequate coverage for uninterrupted operations.
Establish and monitor workflows for support staff to achieve timely and accurate processing of title orders, document preparation, scheduling, and post-closing follow-up activities.
Oversee the escrow and title production process to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and operational efficiencies across all branch processes, including customer service, timely closings, and pre- and post-closing procedures. Review and enhance customer service quality by monitoring service standards, responding to customer service systems, and serving as a point of contact for escalated questions and concerns.
Oversee daily branch support operations to ensure adherence to operational standards, compliance regulations, and Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines, while maintaining compliance with state Good Funds Statutes. Assist Branch Manager with strategic initiatives by providing recommendations and support to escrow officers with the guidance of the Branch Manager. The Escrow Production Manager serves as the acting leader of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager, ensuring continuity in operations and decision-making, while maintaining primary responsibility for escrow production management.
Facilitate communication and collaboration as the liaison between all transaction parties, internal support staff, and Escrow Officers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Provide regular status updates to Branch Manager.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years Escrow Officer experience
Minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level or team leader
Prior management of production processes related to completion of real estate closings
Prior management or leader of at least 2 individual team members/direct reports
Successful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities
REQUIRED LICENSING, REGISTRATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
Licensing requirements as required by State/Federal Agencies
Notary Public license requirements as required by State
