ESD Project Manager III - Transportation Electrification
CTG is seeking to fill an ESD Project Manager III - Transportation Electrification opening for our client in Richland, WA. **Location:** Richland, WA **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Apply project management techniques to lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality execution. + Lead, mentor, guide, and collaborate with individuals of diverse personalities and work styles to achieve successful outcomes. + Ensure timely and effective resolution of schedule delays and conflicts. + Develop, maintain, and closely monitor project budgets to ensure timely and expected completion of projects. + Regularly monitor project progress and deliver comprehensive status reports. + Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations. + Develop and maintain long-range project strategies and plans. + Interface regularly with stakeholders, project vendors, and management to ensure alignment and proper progress and focus. + Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to senior management and other groups. + Align project activities and ensure accurate reporting in adherence with grant guidelines. **Skills:** + Advanced proficiency with project management techniques, Microsoft Office, and project management software. + Strong planning, organizational, written/verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively resolve high-risk issues. + Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. + Expertise in the construction bidding process and working with construction firms. **Experience:** + At least 10 years of construction project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business discipline. + Alternatively, 12 years of construction project management experience with an Associate’s Degree, or 14 years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED in lieu of a degree. **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a technology or business discipline, OR + Associate’s Degree with at least 12 years of experience, OR + High School Diploma/GED with at least 14 years of experience. **Desired abilities and skills:** + Experience with WSDOT NEVI (National EV Infrastructure) and ZEVIP (Zero Emissions Vehicle Infrastructure Program). + Experience with site lease agreements. + Knowledge and experience with state and federal grant compliance. + Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $262,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
