Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking an ESG/Climate Marketing Campaign Manager. Overview: This is a highly collaborative role with great opportunity for impact, working across the ESG and Climate business, and with members of the marketing team in PR, content, design, digital, social events, and product. We are looking for an action-oriented marketing professional with a passion for topics like climate, sustainability and sustainable finance who is ready to jump into a fast-paced, high growth team. The temporary employee will report into the Head of ESG & Climate Marketing for the Americas within the company product marketing team. Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively to deliver solutions marketing campaigns, from vision to strategy and execution, including success metrics and audience/segment targeting * Engage with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and positioning for research and product campaigns * Successfully project manage campaign deliverables cross-functionally at the firm and with external agencies and developers where necessary * Develop and oversee content updates, creative ideas, and digital-first educational tools for ESG & Climate landing pages on the company website * Develop and manage the social media channels (LinkedIn, X) for key events and campaigns we support and drive * Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance and updates of collateral, pitchbooks, factsheets, and brochures * Track and report on campaign success, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics
