Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Reporting Manager in Framingham, Massachusetts (MA). Summary: This client is a retail company that is currently growing. They have internal growth, a fantastic culture, and offer excellent benefits. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office and 3 days remote. Responsibilities: * ESG Reporting and Analysis - develop, implement and manage the ESG reporting framework and strategy * Stakeholder Engagement - work with internal team's finance, operations and HR * Collaborate with Senior leadership * Monitor industry trends * Drive improvement efforts in the ESG data reporting processes, systems, and data management to streamline and optimize reporting efficiency and accuracy * Develop talent; Hire, train, mentor and evaluate team, leading talent succession planning * Stay current on best practices, standards and technical advancements related to ESG reporting
