ESIS is currently seeking a Senior Partnership Leader to proactively engage customers and brokers in order to secure solid long term partnerships. The ESIS Sr. Partnership Leader should think strategically and operate in a consultative manner to drive optimal program performance for customers. The Sr. Partnership Service Leader will focus on contributing to the growth and profitability of ESIS by assisting in presentations and marketing of ESIS Construction products and services.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains a professional relationship with Clients, Brokers, Risk Management, Underwriting, and claim office personnel, both field and H.O., as well as support operations
Demonstrates strategic leadership of client deliverables, while balancing ESIS Business Goals
Administer Meetings with internal and external customers in effective manner, which includes setting expectations, documentation of key takeaways, and method for follow up
Directly responsible for renewal of ESIS Construction clients. Sr. Partnership Leader should demonstrate appropriate financial prudence in the quoting process of all ESIS Services, which includes timely review, submission, and quoting of renewals.
Review all existing accounts for expansion opportunities to grow the portfolio and maximize client value.
Display a sound knowledge of the ESIS products, risk management acumen and sound professionalism. Including actively participating in marketing and business development opportunities to foster the organizations growth
Focus on developing strategy through Client Service Planning on all current accounts
Responsible for set-up and delivery of contracted services for renewal accounts which includes:
Notifying claim offices of new or renewed account
Developing and processing changes in account structure
Developing and maintaining Claim Service Instructions
Assisting in set up of billing process including Paid Loss Deposit Fund
Arranging for 1-800 reporting services
Training clients on use of RiskAdvantage
Arranges client/broker claim reviews.
Leads Stewardship efforts including meeting with each key account annually; Agenda must include Strategic initiatives, benchmarking presentations, summary of meetings conducted including claim review summaries and other key activities, accomplishments and plans of action.
Responsible for Administrative Compliance and strict adherence to client service procedures
Successful completion of a college level curriculum or four to six years equivalent experience.Comprehensive knowledge of TPA/ESIS service products and concepts, as evidenced by successful experience in providing such products/services to large commercial accounts.Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems and opportunities, produce alternatives and implement selected solutions.Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and negotiation skills to be able to deal with all levels of internal and external customers/employees. The pay range for the role is $109,800 to $186,700. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
