Certification Type: English to Speakers of Other Lang {7080}, English Language Learning {0005} Essential Functions: + Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in push-in and pull-out settings. + Communicate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional activities. + Develop lesson plans for push-in and pull-out classes. + Create and display clear objectives for all pull-out classes. + Modify classroom instruction to support the needs of students at varying stages of language development. + Observe, track, and evaluate student performance. + Prepare required reports on students and activities such as parent-teacher conferences. + Manage student behavior and maintain discipline using CHAMPS Behavior Management Program. + Regularly participate in grade level, ENL, and school meetings. + Foster and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians. + Update records accurately and completely according to district policy. + Perform tasks and responsibilities as assigned by administrators.
