The ESP Technician will be responsible for installing equipment and assisting customers by providing excellent service. We perform preventive maintenance for our customers who lease or rent dish machines and also purchase chemical products for laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen applications from Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade.
Salary Range: $21-$25 an hour

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Perform preventative maintenance on laundry or warewash pumps for customersUse a computer to log all preventative maintenance visits into P&G's service portalPerform reactive service calls for our customers who are experiencing issues with their laundry or warewash pumpsProgram laundry and dish machinesTrain customers on how to use their laundry or warewash pumps accuratelyTroubleshoot and diagnose customer issues with equipment or expected end productBuild and maintain customer maintenance schedulesTravel to customer's place of business and arrive on timeMaintain the work vehicle QualificationsYou have:
Minimum of 1-year Electrical experienceMinimum of 1-year Plumbing experienceActive and valid driver's license and clear MVRHigh standard of workmanship and professionalismGood troubleshooting abilityExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functionsProficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc.We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,100 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
