Airswift is looking for a Logistics Specialist to work on a permanent contract with a large energy company in Morelia - Mexico.
The professional will be responsible for: Operation of procurement of transportation services and customs processes mainly, as well as attention to the purchase of other products and services that may be required for projects, such as: packaging, contracting and
payment process for orders, etc. Contact with local and foreign suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of products and services, as well as managing complaints with suppliers, to carry out
efficient, competitive and timely purchases for projects and Cost Centers. Complies with procurement procedures for materials and equipment, studies, analyzes and processes quotations and budgets, complies with the
procedures and regulations established by ANDRITZ. Creates purchase orders, manages and coordinates supplier qualification and development activities. Draws up and maintains contracts/agreements with
logistics suppliers
. Processes, executes and monitors compliance with all types of customs and foreign trade rules and regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the operation of purchases, expediting and follow-up of Purchase Orders, logistics of its supplies or purchases. Produces, operates and processes framework agreements
Operates and processes contracts, agreements, procedures and compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
Negotiation, handling of claims with national and foreign suppliers
Qualification and development of Suppliers
Coordinates Suppliers and Subcontractors according to documents indicated herein.
Manage and maintain the necessary documents, records and files.
Monitor sub-supplier deliveries to verify quality and compliance with the schedule

Higher education
Advanced English - required
Computer/Software: SAP, MS Office, DWG, SRM, COQ
