POSITION SUMMARY
Perform highly complex activities that require deep technical vision, organizational and business in order to resolve issues related to solutions in customer implementation projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and develop solutions to challenges presented in the implementation of projects.
- Solve complex issues related to technological resources, needs assessment, system settings and parameters that emerged during and after the deployment project customers.
- Advise the teams and professional deployment in activities related to data conversion, file transfer, structuring information, comparisons and analyzes necessary for the migration processes.
- Technically monitor the implementation of projects by checking their productive capacities, human and material resources allocated, aimed at constantly improving the level of services.
- Propose methodologies and procedures to implement projects to provide process improvements.
- Train and technically lead teams of analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Education: College graduates in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English
- Knowledge in ADP Expert is desirable
- Experience in the area
- Expertise: Technology and management projects and alytical skills
- Skills: planning, cooperation, interpersonal, systemic vision, organization and control.
