Position Purpose
Coordinate the activities of the Plan and objectives of Labor Relations, ensuring monitoring and linkage with operations within the DC, in order to guarantee compliance and correct application of the labor relationship in the workplace
Primary Accountabilities
· Ensures, improves and executes the correct application of labor relations within the company, in accordance with the provisions of the LFT, RIT, internal policies and disciplinary procedures.
· Conduct group sessions with company leaders to reinforce labor relations topics
· Provide daily advice and support to the company on legal compliance issues and good practices for the company.
· Assist in the development and delivery of training, keeping abreast of trends and developments in the field of labor relations
· Ensure and implement correct compliance with the company's job termination processes.
· Management of labor relations indicators and propose preventive measures for the company
· Dealing with and managing unions and union representatives
· Handling labor conflicts and availability to address occupational risk situations within the company
Education & Experience
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Attorney
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Experience in labor matters in companies with labor union activity
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Knowledge of the LFT, IMSS, Labor Courts, Conciliation Centers, Conciliation Boards
Other/Preferred: Focus Leadership
