To support the successful delivery of ERM proposals and projects in line with our vision, values and our strategic imperatives by:

• Adhering to all ERM and client requirements, specifically those related to H&S and governance
• Applying client/sector knowledge when carrying out tasks associated with drafting project deliverables and or proposals
• Using ERM’s methodologies and technologies consistently in line with ERM and client expectations
• Managing and successfully delivering small discrete projects/tasks and /or specific deliverables or phases of work on larger projects
• Supervising subcontractors during fieldwork, ensuring they comply with ERM's Health & Safety policies and ABC code and work is completed in line with project scope.
