Classification: Full-Time
\n\n\nShift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
\n\n\n\nPay Range: The hourly rate is $25.12 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

As a Steward, you would be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nWash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils\nScrub pots and pans\nBurnish, de-tarnish and polish silver\nStock and maintain supplies and equipment\nPerform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash\nTransport and store clean serviceware\nTrain other stewards, as needed\nPrepare and place clean serviceware for events and functions\n\n\nRequirements:
\n\n\nEnglish language skills\nProfessional presentation\n1 year similar experience\nAbility to stand for 8 hours with reasonable accommodation\nAbility to lift/push/pull 50-100 lbs\nYou should be able to communicate effectively, maximize resources, and adhere to strict hygiene standards, health and safety regulations.\nA flexible approach is imperative to the ever-changing demands of the department.\nBe able to demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.\nYou will be able to maintain excellent working relationships with your department and hotel colleagues.\nThe ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data\n\nStrongly Preferred:
