About the Role & Internship
We are ESPN Creative Studio (ECS) the creative arm of ESPN Marketing, producing a variety of advertising pieces to promote a full range of sports properties, shows, products and services to our fans. We are responsible for designing, developing and delivering promotional media for television, print, digital platforms, and more, to meet the needs of our marketing teams and support our sports brands and external sponsors.
We are looking for an intern to help support the needs of our Creative Team and work closely with Writers, Producers and Designers, with a willingness to learn, share ideas, and collaborate with colleagues. The program dates are June 2nd through August 8, 2025.
What You Will Do
Assist with pulling footage, researching, writing scripts, and gaining post-production experience for TV, radio and social media tune-in based marketing campaigns
Help to create a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, communicate with brand coordinators, receive feedback and design direction
Participate in open discussions about marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications & Skills
Related education in TV Production with an interest in Marketing
Creative writing skills and knowledge of creative development for advertising and promotion
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
A passion and knowledge of sports, both professional and collegiate
Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
A demonstrated interest in the creative side of sports marketing
Knowledge and passion for the ESPN Brand
Familiarity with music and pop culture trends for influence in the production of promotional materials
Strong understanding of a variety of marketing mediums (TV, print, digital, social media, etc.)
Education
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Sports Media, Writing, Film or related major preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from Monday through Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the New York City area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this role in New York City is $22 per hour.
