CNC Mill Turn Programmer

Seeking an experienced CNC "Mill Turn" Programmer with Esprit and TurnMills/MillTurns expertise, urgently required for immediate start with no ramp-up time.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Esprit programming for Mill Turn machines. 4 and 5-axis machining experience. Experience with full 5-axis machines and 3+2 positioning. Understanding of dynamic toolpath features in Esprit. Knowledge of sync codes for timing between B-axis milling and lower lathe turret. Familiarity with twin spindle lathes and lower lathe turret operations.

Preferred Skills:

4340 milling material experience. Knowledge of 5-axis and 3+2 programming.

Job Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC Mill Turn machines, particularly twin spindle lathes with lower lathe turret and upper B-axis milling spindle. Utilize A-axis (sub-spindle) to pick off parts from main to sub spindle. Handle equipment including Mori Seiki MT 2500, DMG Mori 4250, and Akuma Mac Turn 350, all featuring Twin Spindle Lathes.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
