ACCOUNTABILITY:
Accountable for commercial activities in territories, including managing customers, accounts, and distributors, developing profitable new business opportunities and ensuring projects commercialization conversion rate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement account plans that well aligned with business strategy for customers in marketing segments of Industrial, Sport & Recreation and Electronic Component; Prepare Customer Impact Statements for responsible customers and maintain the plan; Grow and manage the business for assigned accounts and territories; Grow and manage distributors and key accounts, build exceptional customer relationship; Support growth initiatives and introduction of new products for the business; Develop, negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements; Manage local agent representation as a support role in joint sales calls, also provide direction, training, competitive information and general market knowledge; To establish and maintain relationship with key processors, and any other key players in the identified market segments, and assist marketing manager for the development of these segments; Timely communicate key issues with stakeholders within Engineered Polymer organization; Handle administrative requirements, such as call reports, sales forecasting and expense reports, timely and accurately; Actively participate in trade shows, conferences and regional meetings.
