The paralegal will be tasked with handling estate planning litigation matters and assisting in providing comprehensive legal advice to clients. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in advising clients on intricate matters of estate planning, including wealth management, power of attorney, and probate cases. • Draft and review legal documents such as trusts and wills. • Leverage skills in case management software and Adobe Acrobat for efficient processing of legal matters. • Provide legal support for probate litigation.
