We are currently working with an established, Dallas corporate and real estate boutique firm located in Addison that is seeking an Estate Planning and Tax Attorney with 5+ years of experience in the following:

-Drafting estate plans, trust documents, and conveyance instruments

-Researching and applying fiduciary responsibilities to estate plans

-Testing and evaluating asset values against appropriate IRS regulations governing a private client's estate tax

-Knowledge of both federal income tax filings and reporting and estate tax laws, rules, regulations, and guidance

-Ability to work through complex estate planning for non-exempt estates, as well as related federal income guidance
