Description Robert Half's Legal Practice is partnering with a full service law firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in search of a dynamic Estate Planning Attorney to support their growing practice. In this role, you will be managing estate planning processes, handling trusts and wills, and providing Estates & Trusts counselling services to clients. This position is a great opportunity for a 5+ year Associate/Counsel who feels confident running lead on Estate Planning files. Responsibilities • Draft, review, and provide legal advice on estate planning documents, including wills and trusts. • Conduct briefings and meetings with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and provide suitable legal solutions. • Handle claim administration and consumer electronics-related legal issues. • Provide legal advice on civil litigation matters and represent clients in court if necessary. • Convey legal advice and explanations to clients in a clear and understandable manner. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning and trusts. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high standard of service is provided to all clients.
