Description Our client, a respected law firm located in St. Charles is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to join their dedicated team! Responsibilities: + Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. + Draft legal documents related to elder law and probate matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more. + Conduct in-depth legal research to strengthen case arguments. + Collaborate with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. + Organize and maintain case files and legal information systems. + Effectively manage multiple case deadlines to ensure timely completion. Requirements + 1+ years of experience as an Estate Planning Legal Assistant/Paralegal. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive documents.
