The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat. Overview As an Esthetician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional skin care treatments and services to our clients. Your expertise in esthetics, combined with a commitment to customer satisfaction, will ensure that our clients receive the best possible spa experience. Perform a variety of skin care services, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other treatments as trained and certified. Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments and skin care products. Ensure all treatments are performed to the spa's high standards and follow all health and safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to all sanitation guidelines. Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to clients to enhance their experience and support spa sales goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, and pursue ongoing training as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Collaborate with spa team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Qualifications Valid Esthetician License in California. Previous experience as an Esthetician in a spa or similar environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of skin care products and treatments. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by spa scheduling. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
