AS A HEALTHY COMPENSATION PLAN we pay service commission, enhancement commission, new member commission as well as Christmas/end of year bonus. Plus our ESTYS make amazing CASH tips the same day of service on top of the service commissions as well as great tips!
Qualified Candidates:
Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare educationSatisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in IowaHave a passion for helping others look and feel their bestAre eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
Day-to-Day:
Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needsCommunicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectationsUse expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatmentsRecommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
