Mesa Energy Systems is a HVAC mechanical services company that provides fully integrated solutions for preventative maintenance and repair, upgrading existing mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to provide the most efficient economic solutions to meet customer expectations. **Job Title:** Estimating Coordinator **Principal Duties and Responsibilities** + Coordinate “kick off” meetings with Sales & Implementation teams + Take meeting minutes for design-build projects. + Generate status updates on active projects. + Perform routine clerical duties – setting up new files, maintaining and organization of department files, reproducing documents, drawings, etc. for bid process and design production. + Generate Purchase orders & assist with price matching with vendors. + Manage vendor pricing spreadsheets & quotes. + Download and organize plan & specs for estimating department. + Track down subcontractor pricing. + Spreadsheet management (Bid Board & Prequal List) + Prequal applications + CRM Management + Create & manage vendor matrix **Job Specifications** (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.) + High School diploma + Experience taking detailed meeting minutes. + 2+ years’ experience in back-office support. + 1+ years’ experience in construction back office preferred. + Effective communications skills and ability to work well with a team. + Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving. + Excellent organizational skills. + Scheduling and planning experience. + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam.
