Job Summary
As an Estimation Coordinator at DuraServ, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of the work order management. Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager in National Accounts, you will work with a team and be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective coordination between local branches, subcontractors, and national account customers. Your leadership and organizational skills will be crucial in managing high-pressure, fast-paced situations and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Dispatch Support: Assist the Dispatch Manager in coordinating service work for national accounts, ensuring schedules are accurate and efficient.Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between local branches, subcontractors, and national account customers, facilitating effective communication.Schedule Updates: Collaborate with the Dispatch Manager to update and manage schedule dates for initial service work, ensuring timely coordination with branches and subcontractors.Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks for various national accounts simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Policy Compliance: Adhere to company policies and compliance standards, contributing to excellent customer service and overall departmental success.Work Order Handling: – obtain all information needed to be quoted and generate quote prep information, with the ability to generate quotes. Communicate with office/partner (via email and phone) daily to obtain quote information (technician write-up, surveys, partner quote, photos). Utilizing asset surveys for missing information is needed.Status Tracking: Regularly update internal and external work orders with current status and schedule dates, maintaining accurate records.Customer Interaction: Maintain courteous and effective communication with customers, branches, and sub-contractors through email, phone, and customer systems.Assistance and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Team Lead and team members to streamline processes, resolve issues, and enhance departmental efficiency.Perform other duties as assigned
