To prepare rate analysis from first principle and prepare cost with options. Prepare Package wise cost and get it approve from management with optimum cost  Work out internal rates and give it to techno commercial for negotiation with vendors. If vendor not ready to work with in internal amount, Negotiate with vendor and get it done within internal amount To provide Value engineering and Costing points to Engineering/TC team from given scope of work, design specifications and checking the BOQs, introducing new competitive suppliers with similar expertise to make sure that estimate shall be with optimum quantity and cost. To develop historical database as well as capturing all the ongoing orders in structured manner as a part of department process.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 
BE Civil Min. 

Relevant Exp:
5 to 8 years’ experience in project of Infra projects like Ports, Logistic parks, Warehousing, roads, bridges etc. Port projects / Infra projects experience Preferred.

Above all experience required in cost estimation, cost preparation for tendering/bidding and contract finalization. Good knowledge required in equipment, labour and material consumption and productivity in civil works.
