Compensation: $75k – $105k Base Salary + Benefits

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Important to Note: While this role involves some site visits and field inspections, the majority of your work will be desk-based. This position is ideal for those who excel in analysis, planning, and coordination rather than those who prefer fieldwork.

\r\n\r\n

What We're Looking For:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience: Minimum of 3 years in estimating with a strong background in landscape construction, including grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, lighting, and hardscape.\r\n\tExcel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.\r\n\tCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.\r\n\tTech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating systems.\r\n\tDriver’s License: Valid for site visits and inspections.\r\n\r\n\r\n

What You'll Do:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAnalyze & Estimate: Dive into landscape plans, perform detailed take-offs, and convert specifications to determine the materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor requirements, and costs needed for accurate estimates.\r\n\tEnsure Compliance: Guarantee that all estimates for labor and materials meet specifications, timelines, budgets, and profit margins.\r\n\tSource Materials: Identify and select the best materials, vendors, sub-vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.\r\n\tCollaborate: Work closely with Supervisors to ensure projects are installed according to the bid specifications.\r\n\tSite Visits: Conduct site inspections, maintain quality control, and attend necessary meetings to ensure project success.\r\n\tClient Service: Provide complete, accurate, and timely service to clients, vendors, and staff with efficiency and courtesy.\r\n\tProcess Change Orders: Manage and process change orders for ongoing projects as required.\r\n\tMeet Deadlines: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet established deadlines.\r\n\r\n\r\n
