Job Title: Estimator

Our client is looking to hire an Estimator who has a full understanding of the construction process. We are looking to hire an estimator with at least 5+ years of experience within the estimation sector.

Job Description

As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will plan, communicate, and manage high-end retail fit-outs in malls. Key responsibilities include attending meetings with clients and contractors, reviewing and approving Trade Contractor Payment Applications, developing and maintaining site logistics plans, conducting quality and safety inspections, and participating in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings.

This is a fully on-site position in Bergen County, New Jersey.
