Construction Estimator Job Description A full-service General Contractor in West Chester, PA is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for bidding and proposals. Responsibilities + Maintaining and monitoring estimating plans, estimating schedules, quality control tracking, expediting, and follow-up. + Effectively and accurately communicating relevant estimating information to the team including, but not limited to, printing out drawings, keeping track of when bid is due, and excellent phone skills. + Preparing necessary presentation materials for Bids. + Ensuring projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Qualifications + Minimum of a high school diploma. + 5+ years of commercial experience as an estimator. + Experience from a Philadelphia General Contractor. + Experience with pricing and bidding. + Philly subcontractor knowledge. + Experience with SmartBid.
