* Estimate cost impact related to changes in design and construction strategy during project execution that vary from the Baseline. Work closely with the project team to forecast project costs in a timely manner.

* Assist team in preparing cost information related to Project funding requests to Management

* Track and summarize estimate performance collaborating with Finance.

* Understand, develop, compile and present high-level cost estimates for multiple projects

* Develop detailed cost estimates as designs develop, communicating with various stakeholders on cost drivers and value engineering opportunities across all trades
