Essential Skills + Experience in construction and blueprint analysis. + Proficiency in construction management and estimating software. + Knowledge of construction documents, bidding, and preconstruction. + Experience in commercial construction and cost estimation. + Previous estimator experience required. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Steel industry experience preferred. + Attention to detail. + Ability to deliver accurate bids. + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
